Every city has them. Every community, every neighborhood has them. They may not make the media headlines like a hurricane disaster, but every community has its 'levees'. People and families at the break-point.

That media doesn't come to our neighborhoods to hype awareness means that we as good neighbors need to be vigilant in identifying neighborhood needs and do what we can to help each other.
