Mayor Peterson declares "Faith, Hope & Love Day"

Mayor Bart Peterson today declared July 30th will be "Faith, Hope & Love Day" in Indianapolis. The day will conclude a week-long period of helping neighbors in our community, and will culminate in an annual festival to celebrate together.

The vision is to build communities of faith, hope & love through active participation in improving neighborhoods and helping those in need... and to bridge the social, economic and spiritual gap in our community.

Loving our City 2 Christ (LC2C)

You're going to like what you see... [stay tuned].

In the meantime, see a neat set of events coming in July.

Christian Community Development... CCDA

CCDA is a national network of driven Christians impacting their cities through community development in the name of Jesus.

And because Indianapolis has a great variety of these types of individuals and ministries, we've been selected as the Host City for this year's national convention. To tap into the network and connect for impact, come visit the CCDA Indy Blog... and then come meet with us on the first Friday of each month for breakfast, as we pray, plan and pursue community development TOGETHER, in the ONE name of Christ.

Creating WYNS-WYNS situations...

As you can see, we're enhancing WhenYouNeedSomeone.com to include news, events, comment-feedback, etc...

...not to mention, now including our RSS feed to make it easier to share news, events, comment-feedback, etc. [Learn Why & How]

Again, the whole purpose of creating a WYNS network is to find win-win ways to collaborate for greater impact in the ONE name of Jesus... throughout our Greater Indianapolis metro area.
